1. What we collect
If you send us a message we keep your name, email address and whatever you write in it. Our analytics records page views, referrers and approximate region — never names, and never anything that identifies you personally.
2. Why we collect it
To answer you, to run the projects we are hired for, and to understand which pages of this site are useful. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Analytics data is aggregated after fourteen months.
4. Cookies
This site sets one cookie, to remember your language choice. Analytics is cookieless. There is nothing here to consent to because there is nothing tracking you across other sites.
5. Who else sees it
Our email provider and our analytics provider, both under data processing agreements. Nobody else, unless a court requires it.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@sitexprime.com and we will action it within thirty days.
